Aims

The Journal of Inquiry into Languages and Cultures is an academic journal available both in print and open-access formats, published by University of Foreign Languages and International Studies, Hue University. It aims to provide an academic forum for researchers to publish quality research work in the fields of language, culture, and related disciplines.

Scope

Language and culture studies, like other scholarly disciplines, pertain to both a diversification into narrow specializations and an interdisciplinary integration. On this premise, the Journal of Inquiry of Languages and Cultures welcomes all articles presenting traditional language studies, applied linguistics, cultural studies as well as studies presenting relevant multidimensional perspectives of language practice, literary studies and education such as translation, intercultural communication, language teaching and assessment, literary criticism, educational technology, etc.

With the advantage of publishing in both Vietnamese and English, the Journal of Inquiry of Languages and Cultures is not only a forum for researchers in Vietnam but also opens up opportunities for authors across Asia and beyond.
