Guidelines for Reviewers

When a submission is received, notification from the system will be sent to the reviewer in the top right corner of the screen.

Under the "My Queue" section, the article awaiting review will be displayed.

The reviewer clicks "View" to display the article's information.

Step 1: After reading the title and abstract, as well as reviewing the review deadline, the reviewer can choose to accept or decline the review.

If accepting the invitation, the reviewer clicks "Accept review, continue to Step #2" to confirm their participation. This ensures their information is collected and stored according to the journal's confidentiality policy.

If the reviewer declines the invitation to review, they should click "Decline Review Request."

Step 2: The reviewer consults the Guidelines to understand the review process and the requirements for reviewers (see the Peer Review Process and Publication Ethics). Then, click "Continue to Step #3."

Step 3: The reviewer downloads the manuscript file to review.

Step 4:  The reviewer fills in their personal information in the required fields (*).

Using the review template, the reviewer provides feedback by selecting "Agree" or "Disagree" and adding comments related to the following aspects: article classification, scientific significance, scientific content, and formatting and structure.

The reviewer clicks “Upload file” and selects the file to upload for the author and the Editorial Board’s reference.

If the reviewer has additional files to submit, click "Add File." If not, click "Complete." 

If further discussion is needed, the reviewer clicks "Add Discussion" to provide additional comments.

The reviewer selects one of the “Recommendations” and clicks “Submit review.”

The reviewer clicks “OK” to complete the review process.
