Submission Instructions

Step 1. Log in (for existing accounts) or Register (for first-time users).

Step 2: Click “New submission” (Please review the submission requirements in the Author Guidelines before submitting your manuscript).

• Select the language of the manuscript (English or Vietnamese).
• Enter the title of your manuscript in the “Title” box.
• Make sure your manuscript has met the requirements of the journal by checking “Yes, my submission meets all of these requirements”
• Check the box “Yes, I agree to have my data collected and stored according to the privacy statement."
• Click “Begin submission” to continue.

 Step 4: Enter Submisson details including title, keywords, abstract (in both English and Vietnamese). Then click “Continue.”

Note: (*) indicates required fields.

Step 5: Upload your manuscript.

• Click “Upload file” and select file to upload.
• Click “Add File” to upload more files (as needed).
• After uploading, choose the file type (main manuscript or others)
• Click “Continue”.

Step 6: Add details of authors.

• Add details in both Vietnamese and English.
• Fill all required * boxes (Name, Email, Country).
• Select author roles (first author/co-author).
• Add more authors by clicking “Add Contributor” if there are more.
• Click “Continue”.

Step 7: Notes for Editors

• If you have any additional comments for the Editor, enter them in “Message for Editor”. Then click “Continue”.
• Otherwise, click “Continue”.

Step 8. Review and submit.

- Review all entered information before clicking “Submit” to finalise the process.

- If any information needs to be updated, select “Edit".

 

You have successfully submitted your manuscript.
