THÓI QUEN HỌC VÀ SỬ DỤNG KẾT HỢP TỪ TRONG BÀI VIẾT CỦA SINH VIÊN KHOA TIẾNG ANH – TRƯỜNG ĐẠI HỌC NGOẠI NGỮ, ĐẠI HỌC HUẾ
Abstract
Việc sử dụng kết hợp từ là chỉ báo quan trọng cho biết trình độ ngoại ngữ của
người học, nhưng lại gây nhiều khó khăn khi học và sử dụng. Nghiên cứu này tìm hiểu các
thói quen học và sử dụng kết hợp từ (collocation) trong bài viết thông qua khảo sát 95 sinh
viên năm 2 khoa Tiếng Anh – Đại học Ngoại ngữ Huế. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, nhóm
sinh viên có kỹ năng viết tốt thường có những thói quen học và sử dụng kết hợp từ hiệu
quả, đặc biệt là chủ động học kết hợp từ. Họ chủ động tìm kết hợp từ phù hợp cho từng chủ
đề bài viết, biết chọn lọc và kiểm tra kết hợp từ đã sử dụng. Nghiên cứu đưa ra một số đề
xuất để làm cơ sở tham khảo cho việc dạy và học kết hợp từ.
